Holly Andrew

Holly Andrew, whose family currently hails from Maine, has been involved with music in some way for her entire life, playing flute, guitar, and, most notably here, singing. She performed choral, theatrical, and country music before having the chance to become a metal vocalist. Relevant inspirations include the work of Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Demons & Wizards, Nightwish, Opeth, and Mary Chapin Carpenter.

Holly recently graduated college with a degree in theater performance and design, and although her many aspirations include becoming a metal vocalist (hey…), a working actor, and a stage designer, she is happily employed as an unassuming costume specialist by day. Little do they know that her alter ego regularly tears it up with the metal band Cimmerian.

Christopher SilanskyChristopher Silansky was born in Holyoke, MA and began his formal musical training at the age of 8 when he began taking trumpet lessons. Growing up, he cultivated a strong interest in music and other sorts of performance art, which led him to pursue other musical instruments, composition, and theatrical roles.

Christopher graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2005 after studying psychology, philosophy, and music. He currently resides in Lancaster, PA with his cat, Éponine, and can be found listening to just about any type of music on a given day, from baroque to industrial to mellow indie rock.

Dylan25 years ago, the vilest layer of the abyss spat forth a twisted, abhorrent entity.  It was exiled into human flesh and sent to a less apparent hell; a small, idyllic central Pennsylvanian town.

Unaware of his true nature, Dylan spent his childhood years in countless sundry pursuits, dabbling in a variety of instruments and artistic forays…and all was well.

One day, as a young teenager, Dylan laid his hands upon a guitar.  He did not realize what this meant as at first it seemed no different from the numerous other instruments he had played throughout the years.  But the wretchedness inside him knew even then, and exalted.

Now the world lies in a discordant cesspool of its own greed; humanity writhes helplessly, kin to the countless souls in the nether realms.  Once more the darkness within laughs remorselessly, reverberating through the coiled strings… and the world trembles at the sight of its demise unveiled.

Matt HoltMatt Holt was born in Harrisburg, PA and currently resides in Carlisle, PA. He is currently a student at Franklin & Marshall College studying Latin, Ancient Greek and Italian (the most metal of all languages, in his opinion). He began his musical education with piano at an early age, and picked up electric guitar at the age of 12. His interest in metal began in high school when he got into Scandinavian bands like Children of Bodom and Amon Amarth. He is proud to be the newest member of Cimmerian.
